By placing a reservation with Murray's Transportation LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
The client understands and agrees that charges are assessed by Murray's Transportation LLC and further authorize Murray's Transportation LLC to charge your credit card in full for all charges related to your reservation and all other fees that could arise.
Deposits:
All deposits are
50% non-refundable.
If reservation is carried out, the deposit is applied to the quoted total.
100%
of the reservation(s) will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. If you cancel the reservation for
Sedans
and
SUVs
before
24 hours
you will
forfeit
the
deposit fee
which is
50%
of your reservation. If the reservation for
Sedans
and
SUVs
is canceled less than
24 hours,
you will be charged in full. If reservation is carried out, for
Sprinters
or
Mini Buses
the deposit is applied to the quoted total.
100%
of the reservation(s) will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. If you cancel the reservation within
14 days, for
Sprinters
or
Mini Buses
you will
forfeit
the

of the reservation.
Airport Arrivals:
Passengers will need to have cell phones
ON
upon arrival. Murray's Transportation LLC is not responsible if the customer(s) is unreachable. Your driver will send a text message, if you have not reached back out through text message, the driver will email and call you. If after
1 hour
the driver is not able to get in contact with the passenger, it will then be noted as a
NO SHOW
and will be charged full price as well as the wait time charge as the driver was on location and they were unable to get in contact with the client in a reasonable time frame.
If your flight has been delayed, or change due to cancellation you will need to let Murray's Transportation LLC know give us a call at (303) 746-2277 to reschedule your reservation, you have 48 hours from your current reservation to have your trip reserved. If your flight has been delayed/cancelled and it is conflicts with another reservation that is set for the same time your delayed/cancelled flight is set to come in we will have to service the reservation that is coming in at the reserved time that they set. We will get to you as soon as we can get a driver to the Airport. If you do not wish to reschedule your reservation due to delays/cancelled flights you will forfeit 100% of the fare.
Domestic Flights: Passengers will need to have cell phones ON upon arrival. Murray's Transportation LLC is not responsible if the customer(s) is unreachable. Your driver will send a text message, if you have not reached back out through text message, the driver will email and call you. If after 1 hour the driver is not able to get in contact with the passenger, it will then be noted as a NO SHOW and will be charged full price as well as the wait time charge as the driver was on location and they were unable to get in contact with the client in a reasonable time frame. Wait time will start 30 minutes after your plane has arrived, a charge of $25.00 Plus 5% Processing Fee Every 15 Minutes will be added 10 minutes after the plane arrives. Murray's Transportation LLC, will need all forms of contact with Client ie. (Cell Phone, E-mail, What's App.)
International Flights: Passengers will need to have cell phones ON upon arrival. Murray's Transportation LLC is not responsible if the customer(s) is unreachable. Your driver will send a text message, if you have not reached back out through text message, the driver will email and call you. If after 1 hour the driver is not able to get in contact with the passenger, it will then be noted as a NO SHOW and will be charged full price as well as the wait time charge as the driver was on location and they were unable to get in contact with the client in a reasonable time frame. Wait time will start 45 minutes after your plane has arrived, a charge of $25.00 Plus 5% Processing Fee Every 15 Minutes will be added 10 minutes after the plane arrives. Murray's Transportation LLC, will need all forms of contact with Client ie. (Cell Phone, E-mail, What's App.)
Cancellations:
If less than 24 hours Cancellations are subject to full fare charges for reserved services. A non-refundable fee will be subject to 50% of the reservation for any cancellations before 24 hours of a scheduled reservation. Cancellations due to flight changes (due to your control) may be allowed provided services or RE-BOOKED within 48 hours of your current flight and notification was in time for the drivers schedule to be rearranged.
Holidays: If you cancel holiday reservation for (Cinco de Mayo weekend, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, (Cinco de Mayo weekend, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.) You will then be charged full price for the reservations.
Stops:
All stops must be pre-arranged through Murray's Transportation LLC at
(303)746-2277
these stops will incur additional fees. Last minute stops are still required to be arranged with the company. Changes for stops vary depending on the length and location of the stops. Stops not in route of the original scheduled reservation require higher fees. This includes picking up additional passengers at other locations. Please speak with Murray's Transportation LLC to pre-arrange and stop you may be aware of prior to pickup. You may also want to consider our hourly transportation rates should you have multiple stops, as they may be better suited to your personal needs.
NO-SHOWS:
If after 1 hour if the customer has not responded to Murray's Transportation LLC representative by text message, a phone call or email the driver will then have to cancel the reservation for not showing. A fee for not showing will equal to the full amount of the reservation as well as the wait time as the driver was on location and unable to complete the reservation.
Modifications:
The client and Murray's Transportation LLC must agree to any changes, to reservation in writing.
Wait Time: A Charge of $25.00 Plus 5% Processing Fee Every 15 Minutes will be added 10 minutes after the pre-arranged pick up time.
Car Seats:
We
DO NOT
provide any sort of car seat(s) restraints for children. We do have backless booster seats available for children as long as they are requested at the time of booking your reservation. You may provide your own car seats booster seats but you will have to install them yourself. We do not store any of these items as you will need to make sure you take them with you. We do follow the Colorado kids safety laws so please make sure you have the proper kids safety restraints as it is your responsibility. If the driver gets to the location and there are children without the necessary kid restraints the driver will have to cancel the reservation and the customer will be charged full price for the reservation as the driver made it to the pickup location and was not able to perform their job.
Cleaning Fee: The primary billing contact is responsible for all damages and cleaning charges that may occur. A minimum of $500 clean-up fee as well as a 5% processing fee will be charged for passenger vomit or excessive spillage in or on the vehicle, carpet and seats.
Food: We ask that there is no food in the vehicles as it is hard to get the the smell When we have to turn around and pick up other clients, we are unable to get the food smell out in a timely manner. Only water is allowed as we provide water.
Prices are subject to change due to time of day/night and demand.
Concerts/Sports Events

If the reservation for Sedans and SUVs is canceled less than 24 hours, you will be charged in full. If reservation is carried out, for Sprinters or Mini Buses the deposit is applied to the quoted total. 100% of the reservation(s) will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. If you cancel the reservation within 14 days, for Sprinters or Mini Buses you will forfeit the 100% of the reservation.
Cancellations: If you cancel the reservation before 24 hours you will forfeit the deposit fee which is 50% of your reservation. If the reservation is canceled after 24 hours, you will be charged in full. If your reservation is for Concerts/Holidays (Phish, Widespread Panic or The Grateful Dead/Dead and Company and Taylor Swift) or (Valentines, Cinco de Mayo weekend, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving ,Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day) you will forfeit 100% of the reservation, this is because when you make the reservation we take the vehicle off the books, so that no one is able to reserve that vehicle. Which means we have to turn away clients.
Modifications: The client and Murray's Transportation LLC must agree to any changes to scheduled in writing.
Concerts/Sports Events:
You will be charged an hourly rate, of a minimum 6 hours. This will consist of the driver picking up their client and their guests from the pickup location. From there the driver will then go to the parking spot with the client and park so that the client and his/her guests know where to find the driver after the concert/special event is over. After you have found the driver they will then drive you to your destination. If the reservation goes over the 6 hours you will then be charged the extra time. If there happens to be any chargers for parking the clients will then be responsible for the parking fee.
(We should know about the parking situation at the time of booking.)
Concerts:
If you book a reservation for (Phish, Widespread Panic or The Grateful Dead/Dead and Company Taylor Swift and you cancel your reservation(s) you will be charged in full as we have to turn away business.)
You will be charged an hourly rate, of a minimum 6 hours. This will consist of the driver picking up their client and their guests from the pickup location. From there the driver will then go to the parking spot with the client and park so that the client and his/her guests know where to find the driver after the concert is over. After you have found the driver they will then drive you to your destination. If the reservation goes over the 6 hours you will then be charged the extra time. If there happens to be any chargers for parking the clients will then be responsible for the parking fee. (We should know about the parking situation at the time of booking.)
Cleaning Fee:
The primary billing contact is responsible for all damages and cleaning charges that may occur. A minimum of $500 clean-up fee plus 5% Processing Fee will be charged for passenger vomit or excessive spillage in or on the vehicle, carpet and seats.
Smoking Policy: All of our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We do not allow smoking, underage drinking, or drugs in our vehicles. If a client or their party engage in any listed prohibited activity, we Murray's Transportation LLC reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately and all monies paid will be forfeited to Murray's Transportation LLC.
Food: We ask that there is no food in the vehicles as it is hard to get the the smell When we have to turn around and pick up other clients, we are unable to get the food smell out in a timely manner. Only water is allowed as we provide water.
Prices are subject to change due to time of day/night
and demand.
Limousine/Sprinter Van/Mini Bus Agreement
Deposits: All deposits are 50% non-refundable. If reservation is carried out, the deposit is applied to the quoted total. 100% of the reservation(s) will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. If reservation is carried out, for Sprinters or Mini Buses the deposit is applied to the quoted total. 100% of the reservation(s) will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. If you cancel the reservation within 14 days, for Sprinters or Mini Buses you will forfeit the 100% of the reservation.
1. Customer represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this contract under Colorado Law.
2. Client hereby verifies that the pickup date, time, number of passengers and billing information is correctly stated.
3. Client hereby authorizes Murray's Transportation LLC to charge a 50%-100% deposit, to the credit card on file, at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable. Client understands that Murray's Transportation LLC does not give refunds at any time.
4. Client agrees that his/her party will not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle provided.
5. Murray's Transportation LLC will add the cost of parking expenses, tolls and overtime if applicable.
6. Murray's Transportation LLC shall not be liable for any personal property of the Client or their guests, which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle. Murray's Transportation LLC shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any such item.
7. Client assures that no passenger under 21 shall consume alcoholic beverages. SMOKING, ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL (if passengers are under the age of 21), AND/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULTS IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP.
8. Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if he/she feels that the party is not abiding by the company rules or is putting the vehicle or the chauffeur at risk.
9. Client is responsible for any and all damages incurred to the limousine committed by his/her party during the service time, either willfully or accidental. (Rips, spills, burns, scratches or damage to the Flat Screen, DVD, stereo or other equipment.) Minimum charge of $500.00 to clean any spillage. A fee of $500.00 dollars plus 5% processing fee will be incurred if there is any vomiting in the limo or on the limo itself.
10. Client understands that there will be no eating or smoking or vaping allowed in the limousine or the trip will be TERMINATED immediately.
11. Client understands that any underage guests are not allowed to bring any drinks into the vehicle at any time, we also will not provide drinks for prom, homecoming. All bags, purses, and jackets will be placed in the truck at all times while the guests are in the vehicle. The parent that books the limo for the young adults understand that if there is any ALCOHOL/DRUGS brought into the vehicle the ride will be TERMINATED and the vehicle will pull over to the side of the road and the parents/police will then have to pick up the young adults.
12. Client understands they will not be allowed to make any changes to the pick-up time once reservation is made. Also if you want to change your pick-up location you have to email Murray's Transportation LLC at info@murrays-transportation.com before 24 hours and get a response back before it is confirmed.
13. Clients understand that Murray's Transportation LLC does not provide alcoholic beverages, but you as the client and his/her guests are allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages as long as you are 21 years of age or older.
14. Clients understand that the gratuity is not included in the fare. Client agrees to tip your Chauffeur 20% of the fare. (Via Cash, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App ect.)
15. The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during and after each reservation. In the event of damage Customer will be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered to the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle, in regard to cleaning, breakages, burns, or other interior or exterior damage to extent of the actual cost to repair or replace, with a minimum charge of $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. If a client or their guest smokes inside the vehicle, the client will be charged $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee and the rental will be terminated, without refund. NO EATING in the vehicles!
16. Additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file to cover any damages that occur, charges are as follows: Smoking in the limousine: $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Cigarette burns: $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Ripped or damaged upholstery: $700.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Spillage of drinks: $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Stained Carpet: $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Vomiting in or on the limousine: $500.00 Plus 5% processing fee. Lost or broken glassware: $10.00 per glass Plus 5% processing fee.
17.
Cancellation Policy:
If less than 24 hours cancellations are subject to full fare charges for reserved services. A non-refundable fee will be subject to 50% of the reservation for any cancellations before 24 hours of a scheduled reservation.

Cancellation Policy for Concerts/Holidays:
If you cancel a concert/holiday reservation for (Phish, Widespread Panic, & Dead And Company and Taylor Swift)(Valentines, Cinco de Mayo weekend, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, (Valentines, Cinco de Mayo weekend, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.) You will then be charged full price for the reservations.
Food: We ask that there is no food in the vehicles as it is hard to get the the smell When we have to turn around and pick up other clients, we are unable to get the food smell out in a timely manner.
